Manufacturing + Packaging

With ten production lines designed for medium- to large-scale runs, our capabilities in extruded bar soaps and hot-poured products allow us to adapt seamlessly to a wide variety of projects and production volumes. We also offer a comprehensive range of packaging solutions to support our customers — from folding boxes and paper wrapping to shrink-wrapping, gift sets, as well as the ability to fill printed or labeled sticks and jars. This versatility allows us to deliver solutions that are efficient, refined, and true to each brand’s unique identity.
Regulatory & Quality Standards

Our facilities operate in full compliance with ISO 22716 Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and are audited annually by ECOCERT under the COSMOS certification guidelines. We ensure strict adherence to our clients’ quality standards — from raw materials and packaging components through to finished products — guaranteeing traceability and excellence at every stage of the development and manufacturing process. Our dedicated Regulatory Team oversees product compliance across all regions and provides expert support for test launches, product registration, and the creation of Product Information Files (PIFs).
